Craving something slim and savory? Try this super simple Spicy Shrimp Salad recipe ready in 10 minutes or less!

Directions
1- Lightly sauté pressed garlic.
2- Saute about 150g (0.33lbs) shrimp and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
3- In a bowl, add about 480ml (2 cups) of spinach, a little red onion, a few cherry tomatoes, a little less than 60ml (0.25 cup) feta cheese, the shrimp, half tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a little fresh lemon juice.
4- Mix it all up.

NOTES: I like to cook shrimp on high heat, so they are golden on the outside without being over-cooked in the middle.
