The Bosu ball is a great tool for increasing stability and performing familiar exercises in new and challenging ways. Here is a Fit Fast workout using the Bosu ball that will really increase your calorie burn in a short amount of time!

Warm up for 5-10 minutes. Perform 3-5 Rounds. No rest between exercises. Minimize rest between sets. Use the Bosu Ball for each exercise.

12-15 Push-ups
15 sets Bosu Side Squat Jumps
15 Supermans
10 Burpees
15 sets Toe Taps
10 each Leg Lunge with Bosu Overhead
30-second Plank

Exercise Notes

Push-ups — Turn the Bosu upside down and hold on to the sides while you perform a push-up.

Bosu Side Squat Jumps — Side squat with one foot on the Bosu and the other on the floor. Transition over to the other side by jumping on top and over to the other side to squat.

Supermans — Position the Bosu so that you can balance on your stomach. Superman up and hold for 2 seconds and then relax down for 2 seconds.

Burpees — Perform a burpee while using the Bosu. Refer to pictures.

Toe Taps — Position the Bosu ball with the dome side up, and stand behind it. Place one foot on top of the ball, touching with your toe, while the other foot remains on the ground. Quickly alternate the feet back and forth.
